2013-14 First 5 Event Sponsorship Application
First 5 San Joaquin has set aside funds for fiscal year 2013-14 to sponsor events and educational activities in the community. First 5 will sponsor up to one (1) event per agency per fiscal year (July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014). Event sponsorship is provided up to $1,000 per event. Applications are considered on a first come, first served basis.
